Developed out of the Runity program, this fun-filled 45 minute movement class will keep you running efficiently and painlessly. Whether you are an expert runner, new to running or have commenced a Runity personalised program already, you will benefit from this great running-focused class.
While Runity does use some Pilates inspired exercises, this is not a Pilates class. Classes will focus on cadence and decreasing load through the body, along with allowing you to meet others in the Brisbane running community.
While having a Runity Initial Assessment prior to doing this class is ideal, anyone can join the class.
The Runity Class will run on Wednesdays at 6pm, starting from the 15th of March 2017.
